The Case For Bans On Smoking

The Wall Street Journal published an article recently titled “The Case for Bans on Smoking.” Basically, when smoking is banned in public places, heart attack rates drop dramatically among smokers and non-smokers alike. This is why so many people and organizations say smoking policies and legislation should be enacted to protect people from secondhand smoke. What do you think?
